We appreciate you all for attending Splash Takeovers. Please review the information below about our policies regarding the conduct that we expect from you as our guests and adhere to them.
Alcoholic Beverages - We strive to provide the best hotel venues in our industry and quality hotels with premium event space are full service hotels. They have a license to sell alcohol and it is against the law for them to allow outside beverage containers into the event space where alcohol is sold. To host these events, we commit to the venue that our guests will take advantage of their full array of services. Please understand that no outside drinks will be allowed in public areas while the bars are open. The event space will have BARS in the event areas for ALL events including pool parties. Please take part in making this a successful event for the hotel by buying your drinks and tipping the bartenders.
Clothing Optional Areas - THERE IS NO NUDITY ALLOWED IN PUBLIC AREAS - We want you to enjoy the privacy of the hotel with the freedom to dress as sexy as you dare. But, understand that certain areas and times are still not appropriate to be undressed. The Clothing Optional areas are at the Outdoor Pool and in the Pleasure Promenade as indicated on the map provided in this welcome package. All other areas including balconies and guest room hallways are ABSOLUTELY NOT! Do not answer your door while undressed! The pool will no longer be clothing optional after 6:00 PM on Saturday. Our hotel contract only allows for this option until the end of the pool party on Saturday. Once our team starts to breakdown and clean up the pool area, guest will be required to be covered.
Sex & Nudity Aren’t The Same - Any sex act beyond light touching or a french kiss IS NOT ALLOWED in any space other than your hotel room or fantasy rooms during the designated hours. Sex acts ARE NOT allowed at the pool.
No Photos Or Videos Except In Designated Areas - Pictures will only be allowed in areas designated with a photo backdrop where others can not be accidentally captured on film without their consent. Violation of this rule may result in your device being taken and only returned upon deleting the content if at all.
No Drugs Weapons Or Illegal Activity - Illegal activity jeopardizes the well-being of all guests and will not be tolerated.
Be Respectful To Everyone - If we need to explain this, you should not have come and will likely be asked to leave without refund.
Follow All Instructions given By Hotel And / Or Event Staff - Failure to follow hotel or event staff instructions may result in removal from the event without refund.
Do Not Make Advances Toward The Hotel Staff - Please respect the employees of the hotel. They are a very friendly open minded group of professionals that are here to work. Do not put their job in jeopardy as well as our opportunity for future events at this venue and others by making advances.

Consent is an agreement between participants to engage in sexual activity. Consent must be mutual and requires a clear “Yes” not just the absence of “No.” Consent cannot be given by individuals who are intoxicated or incapacitated by drugs or alcohol, or are asleep or unconscious. Consenting to one activity, one time, does not mean someone gives consent for other activities or for the same activity on other occasions. You can withdraw consent at any point. The universal safe words to immediately end all activity are NO, STOP & RED!
Do not touch anyone without their permission, and don’t base consent on what you’ve seen someone do with other people. This includes asking for permission even before you hug someone.
All activities must receive prior consent explicitly by verbal or written agreement rather than through gestures, body language, or past behavior.
Each participant is responsible for making sure everyone involved has the mental and emotional ability to give informed and voluntary consent. They cannot give consent if they are intoxicated, or if they are under the influence of prescription drugs that prohibit driving.
If you experience or witness a consent incident, tell the staff immediately. Remember the motto “If you see something, say something”. Please also report to the staff if you think someone may not be able to give consent. Violation of this consent policy may result in expulsion.
Negotiate the scope of your play prior to the activities, including whether there will be any contact with areas like the breasts, buttocks, and genitals. Each person must give verbal consent to the proposed acts before any playing or activity begins.
Don’t re-negotiate in the middle of play unless it is to reject activities that were previously agreed to. A person who is in an altered state of mind of any kind, including play-induced headspace, may not be able to give informed consent.
Treat everyone as an equal, and only engage in verbal role play if you have permission. For example, don’t call someone by a pet name or use derogatory words like “slut” unless you’ve asked for permission.
Do not attempt to participate in an ongoing activity unless invited explicitly by all current participants.
If you plan to engage in play that may have the appearance of being non-consensual, inform the staff before the beginning of the activity.
Do not pressure, force, coerce, or manipulate someone into consenting to anything.
No one is exempt from the rules, including staff members.
Do not block, stop, or impede anyone’s attempt to exit a space or activity at any time.
During a BDSM scene/play or otherwise, do not engage in any activity likely to result in serious bodily injury.
Don’t “out” anyone as kinky, non-monogamous, or any form of alt-sex to their family, friends, co-workers, or anyone outside of the alt community. Don’t use someone’s first/last name in person or online with others unless they give you specific permission to do so. Don’t share anyone’s Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in any form or format without their consent.
Disclaimer: Every reasonable effort will be made to enforce this policy, but this organization makes no representations or guarantees about its ability to do so, and all participants/attendees retain full, sole responsibility for their safety and the safety of others with whom they interact.
In exchange for participation in the activity of an organized private hotel event organized by Splash Takeovers Florida LLC and the operator’s doing business under the Splash Takeovers Florida LLC brand and/or use of the property, facilities, and services of Splash Takeovers Florida LLC and/or the contracted hotel/event premises, I agree for myself and accompanying members of my family and friends when applicable to the following:
1. I/We understand that this event is a swingers lifestyle event. You are aware based on the information provided that you are entering a private event of your own free will and without solicitation. If you are offended by nudity or open sexual acts, DO NOT ENTER! This event is organized for the purpose of sexual expression for those in the swing lifestyle in a private event setting. You will encounter all types of sexual expression in the form of witnessing open sex acts between any combination of consenting adults. I/We state that the aforementioned activity is not offensive to Me/Us.
2. I/We agree to observe all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by a Splash Takeovers Florida LLC host.
a. I/We must be at least 21 years of age to enter.
b. I/We agree not to disclose the event location to anyone. Splash Takeovers Florida LLC is not open to the public. By attending the event as a screened, approved attendee and by signing, you are hereby granted membership to our private event group for 3 days only, Thursday through Sunday. Members are granted access to the event by purchasing a "ticket" prior to the event that includes all membership fees. This is a member only event group.
c. "Ticket" fees are specifically NOT paid for observation or sexual activity that you may engage in while attending any event, meeting, or party organized by Splash Takeovers Florida LLC. Prostitution is illegal and exchange of money for sex is strictly prohibited. All participants agree that any acts you engage in, are of your own free will and an expression of your sexuality without expectation of any form of payment, favor, or deed in return. You also agree not to solicit such in return for any act you perform. Illegal activity will be reported to authorities. No one is obligated to participate in any activity whatsoever.
d. I/We agree that our participation at a Splash Takeovers Florida LLC event is for our own personal and private purpose of enjoyment. I/We are not attending for the purpose of soliciting others for any illegal purpose, conducting any sort of legal or otherwise investigatory purpose including but not limited to criminal, news reporting, or research, and have no official capacity as an attendee. I/We agree that if I/We misrepresent our purpose or capacity to gain attend the event, I/We agree to pay Splash Takeovers Florida LLC liquidated damages in the amount of $10,000. I/We agree that actual damages resulting from such misrepresentation are difficult to calculate in advance, but that the liquidated damages amount is a reasonable approximation of the anticipated damages, and that this amount is reasonable and not a penalty.
e. I/We agree as a member of a private group that we will not disclose any information relative to the group or events including, but not limited to identities of members, event locations, membership policies, or any other details of the organizers, members, or events for any purpose. Any disclosure by any individual or entity of such private information will be considered a violation of privacy and I/We am aware that Splash Takeovers Florida LLC and/or the members thereof will be entitled to damages for any result of such a disclosure.
f. I/We agree that we will not drink and drive! I/We have been offered the option of reserving a room at the host hotel and/or been notified and made aware of alternate accommodations within reasonable walking distance of the event location. I/We understand the dangers of operating a vehicle when impaired and further state that in the event that I/We make the stupid decision to ignore the law and sound advice given to us now, we are solely responsible for this reckless decision and the consequences and hold Splash Takeovers Florida LLC harmless of fault or liability due to My/Our actions if we leave impaired. Please arrange for a designated driver if you do not plan to stay the night.
g. Splash Takeovers Florida LLC does not sell alcohol. Alcohol offered for sale is offered by the venue under its own license where applicable. I/We hold Splash Takeovers Florida LLC harmless to liability for My/Our consumption of alcohol at an event.
h. I/We understand that only designated areas that are clearly marked as private areas are clothing optional. The hotel lobby and outdoor areas ARE NOT private areas and you must be fully dressed when outside private areas. This rule is strictly enforced by security. Sex in public is not allowed. Any act beyond a French kiss is considered a sexual act.
i. I/We understand that Splash Takeovers Florida LLC is not responsible for lost/stolen items.
j. Photography/Video is only allowed in designated photo areas.
k. No Means No! If you approach anyone at our event who declines your advances, do not ask again, do not pressure, do not attempt to coerce; any such behavior will result in termination of membership and expulsion from the event with no refund.
l. You are responsible for your hotel room. You have the right to deny access to anyone and if asked to leave someone's room, you must do so immediately. Each guest is responsible for their own room and any damages, cleaning fees, and/or any charges assessed by the hotel for incidentals is the sole responsibility of the party that has booked the room and you release Splash Takeovers Florida LLC or the organizers from any liability or damages associated with such actions and property.
m. NO DRAMA!! You are here to mingle and socialize with like-minded friends and any action that could jeopardize the enjoyment of the group as a whole in any form may result in removal from the event at the discretion of the organizers and staff.
n. I/We assume responsibility for our actions that may cause damages to persons, self, or property. I/We will hold Splash Takeovers Florida LLC harmless of fault in the circumstances of such an event.
o. I/We understand and agree that Splash Takeovers Florida LLC disclaims all responsibility for all acts and omissions by guests, presenters, and third parties. I/We will hold Splash Takeovers LLC harmless of fault in the circumstances that I am injured by the acts or omissions of any guest, presenter, or third party. I/We assume all risks associated with attendance at the event. Sex toys, bondage gear, alcoholic beverages, or any other equipment, devices, or substances are the property of the guests, presenters, or third parties who bring them. If you choose to partake in any such activity or accept drinks from others, you do so at your own risk.
p. I/We recognize that the above-described activities do come with an inherent risk, and I assume full responsibility for any loss or personal injury to myself or to others caused by my actions or the actions of third parties.
q. Splash Takeovers Florida LLC has the right to deny access to anyone for any reason.
r. Weapons, drugs, contraband, and/or other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
